Anna, it's not too late. You can have linux on Macs as well (and have an emulator to emulate Mac OS X inside Linux afterwards...)

I will never hail to linux! But seriously, it seems to that, in order to work on linux, you need to:
1# Know a lot about computers
2# Know a lot about programming
3# Have more fun in adding parameters than in actually working
And I need to do a lot of work (which I'm not doing but let's ignore that), whilst my computer skills are limited to: have you tried turning it off and on again? are you sure it's plugged in? are you sure it's turned on? etc. Programming? I think we had elements in school, some 3-4 years ago...

You have to watch the videos in order to get an idea about what's going on. You DO know who Conan O'Brien is?

iWould but sadly most programs run solely under windows...

How can something be patented now that has been invented when little DrNI started coding, so somewhen in 1993?

The coder's rights seminar, well. Apparently I'm the only one keeping that in mind. You can attend "Softwarrecht" at the computer science department, I don't really have the muse for that this semester.

Anyways, we had this idea about such a seminar and a lot of people liked it but nothing happens unless you make it happen.
