I'll be glad to do something about the decoration - and maybe also the cleanup, as I'd be completely useless at the bar. I suggest we...
...get some flags from all the countries we've got students from, plus a map of the world, to decorate the walls and emphasize that we're *international* *yippieh* (well, okay, that's not too creative, but more stuff is following...)
... then, we could revive the syntactic tree or even open up a tree nursery (but put together a reasonable sentence this time, with some relation to partying) - and, in case we are allowed to have food in our room as long as we're not explicitly selling it, an edible parsing chart - a C Y Cake! ;-) (I'm dying to get this crazy idea of mine realized somewhere - do brownies as the chart fields and decorate with Russisch Brot...)
...if we have some old monitors and stuff, we can maybe get something done with them as well (ideas? - In case we get some and they still work - Aleks, could you devise a way to run some fancy graphics stuff on them, like the nice psychedelic patterns Anne once created? And pllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, do bring your beloved show-off genius@work computer, then you can put a different fancy pattern on each desktop and display them on the old monitors!!!)
Okay, enough creativity for today, still gotta finish my soup and do my Turkish homework. Greetings and please do add more suggestions!
