I'll be at the SfS around 7:15. I have bought coke (9l), 1 box of beer (24 bottles), Cachaca (0.7l; maybe Ramon will bring some more), rum (0.7l), water (9l), juices (12l), limes (36) & lemons (4), and snacks (2kg?). I'll later get the ice.

I hope that'll be enough. Not enough for everyone to get drunk, but certainly for everyone having two free drinks and a nice time.

I suggest we collect a "Freiwilliger Unkostenbeitrag" with a "Richtbetrag" of 1€ per drink (non-alc 0.50€). But anyway, the Fachschaft has the money, so why not pay it back to the students? (We might be having some external guests, they could want to pay at least a little.)

I shouldn't start all sentences with I. I'll work on that.

but it was a great party, I can't wait for the next one

The only thing that really disturbs me though is that there were photos made and that these will land eventually somewhere on the internet... :|

Which would be the same as doing it without a password. (Did I advertise the ISCL mailing list? ;-) )

If he or she isn't a person of "public interest" the publisher of the pictures is to ask in advance.

My photos are now at the usual place. You'll have to create a flickr account and become a member of our flickr group to see them. Then I suggest you download what you like, because I won't keep the pictures online for too long. flickr's privacy settings are not flexible enough. Does anybody know a good alternative? Maybe a script to run on one's own server?

Thing is, I hate sending e-mail to many, especially with attachments. It's not the right medium. You know what? You'll get a tar file. Feel free to redistribute it among the party crowd.

Kilian, you're not Aleks' father, are you?

As a student of the last M.A. year I might offer advice on how to relax during studies, but I just realized, that if I finished all courses with exams or papers I would have enough credit points do get a second M.A. (actually that had been my plan: a M.A. in general linguistics alongside my normal CL). So my advice is not really reliable

The photos, btw, are quite nice. What about the others? Jon?

Well... what about some nice little piece of web space with a password that can be e-mailed to people. It is quite strange what kind "solutions" people come up with instead.
