The SFS christmas party is a nice tradition of our (computational) linguistics institute and is usually organized by the students of the Fachschaft. Usually the party includes Glühwein, Punsch, cookies and music. Below are the parties of the last years listed (at the end of the page you can find some tips for organizing): == 2016 == * The Christmas party took place on 21.12.2016 in 0.02 * Band playing: "ausgesteckt" == 2015 == * The Christmas party took place on 16.12.2015 in 0.02 * Band playing: "ausgesteckt" == 2014 == *Die Weihnachtsfeier fand am 17.12.2014 in 0.02 statt *Es ist noch Glühwein und Punsch übrig geblieben! Alle Reste sind im FS-Schrank im Hiwi-Büro. *Es spielten: "ausgesteckt" und "Jove" == Update 2013 == *Die Weihnachtsfeier wurde von der Fachschaft organisiert und fand am 19.12.2013 in 0.02 statt *Vom Glühwein ist diesmal nichts mehr übrig geblieben! Lichterketten * Wer sich an der Jam Session beteiligen will, melde sich bitte beim Peter. == Tips for organization == (more tips can also be found [[Future events|here]]) * write an invitation mail to all students and stuff * hang posters with all infos to advertise the event * look for music: band/DJ and 'Räteanlage' (ask the FSVV in advance!) * buy some beverages and snacks, but also ask if people can bring stuff and e.g. bake themselves (or organize a 'Weihnachtsbäckerei') * ask the secretary for the room you want to use and book it beforehand * organize some decoration (lights etc.) * borrow a pot to heat the Glühwein (e.g. from the FSVV or from other Fachschaften)
